You can listen to Helen Hudson and meet her in person at her reading at Parnassus Books in Nashville on Tuesday, March 25 at 6:30 p.m. Helen Hudson, an author and songwriter, speaks around the country about caring for elderly family members with Alzheimer's or dementia issues. She will discuss the pros and cons of assisted living facilities and address specific issues from audience questions. Helen also writes a popular blog on aging -- helenhudsonhere -- with readers in more than 100 countries. She is a Stanford graduate and has a master's degree in counseling from Vanderbilt University.
